Kcentrix Software is releasing a Kit for automating corporate knowledge processes. “Through a series of targeted questions the user is guided to the appropriate answer and is provided with the associated forms and documents.” Sounds early, but such a solution –maybe a few generations down the road–could prevent regulatory snafus and remove some middlemen. Maybe a few more jobs are eliminated, a few more are created, and the attendants and technical writers can crow.
